• Drop us a note within 7 days of receiving. You can email us at hello@poolbuoy.co
• The item must be in it's original glory with full packaging, including box and be in a new/unused condition. We will not except a product return that has been used or does not have original packaging. 
• Pop it in the post using registered post for tracking. Return costs are at your expense 
• When we receive it we will process your refund!
