Assistant Business Manager

Not for the faint hearted, we need someone that can hustle, are able to juggle many priorities and deliver results.
You will need to be a self-starter and bring your experience to the table, have previous manager experience and LOVE customer service.
We are a passionate, hugely creative workplace that gets stuff done, with everyone pitching in as needed.
The scope of work is large and varied, with no 2 days being the same. Your role will include:
  • Managing the full journey of order fulfilment
  • Managing customer enquiries
  • Inventory management
  • Provide support to our sales manager
  • Managing all social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest
  • Manage warehouse & office consumables 

The right candidate will posses a high degree of competence in the following:

  • G Suite
  • Shopify
  • Customer service
  • Klaviyo/Mailchimp (advantageous)
  • Planoly (advantageous)
  • Canva/Photoshop (advantageous)

This is a permanent part time role based at our Brunswick studio.
