We want you to love your Pool Buoy products, so if for any reason you have a change of mind you can return your products to us within 30 days of your order date.

Return conditions

  • Items must be new, unused and in the original packaging

  • Returns costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Include your order number and reason for return

  • Pack the item securely and return to us, we recommend that you send with tracking so that it does not go missing

We stand by the quality of our products. All Pool Buoy products come with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.

What's covered

  • Any faults or defects in materials or workmanship under appropriate use, typically these are identified on first use

What's not covered?

  • Damage incurred from not following our set up instructions

  • Pops or punctures from undue pressure or sharp surfaces

  • Tears in a seam from caused by moving a pool that still has water in it
